All fees for the Services are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Game Host Bros reserves the right to change the fees for our Services at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes to our fees.
Game Host Bros reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or any action that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Services or to other users.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Game Host Bros disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive to provide reliable and efficient game server hosting, there are certain limitations to what our technical support can handle.

Modding a server can be a complex and time-consuming process that requires patience, testing, and troubleshooting. Each mod or mod pack may interact differently with your server environment, and this can result in compatibility issues, bugs, or performance problems. As mods often come from different developers, troubleshooting these issues can take time, especially when conflicts arise between mods.
It’s important to understand that testing each mod’s performance, isolating errors, and ensuring stability can be an ongoing process. We’re here to help with the installation of full mod packs, but more in-depth troubleshooting may require trial and error on your part. For any complex configurations or issues with specific mods, we recommend consulting the mod developer or community for additional support.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Game Host Bros and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Game Host Bros is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
